Mission 2: Learn "How are you?"
Learn how to do a standard greeting. You can practice the dialogue by clicking on a character bubble and taking the part of A or B.
A: ¡Hola! ¿Cómo estás?
B: Muy bien. ¿Y tú?
A: Bien. Gracias.
¿Cómo estás? - is the standard way of asking, "How are you?". To answer you can say "Bien." ("Good") or "Muy bien." ("Very good"). When you feel "So-so", you can say "Mas o menos."
Muy - use this word when you want to say that something is "very" (e.g. "Very good" => "Muy bien")
¿Y tú? - ("And you?") is an incredibly useful phrase. You can use it to turn questions around. Take note of the tú?. As you can see it means "you". This will come in handy later when you start asking people questions.
